How to file a complaint against a support staff member?
Complaints against EXBO support staff can be filed by sending a letter to [email protected]. The term of complaint processing is 30 working days.
The following reasons are not grounds for complaining about EXBO support staff:
- Getting banned in the STALCRAFT game for any reason;
- Refusal to review a ban received in the STALCRAFT game;
- Problems with the distribution system or balance in the STALCRAFT game;
- Long wait for a response from the department staff.
You need to attach to your letter the filled in form, located in the section below.

- Number of the staff member who committed the violation:
- The platform you play on (EXBO/Steam/VK Play/4Game):
- The region you play on (RU/EU/NA/SEA):
- Date and time when the violation occurred:
- The Time Zone where you are located:
- Description of the violation:
- Proofs of guilt (Screenshots/Video):
