Checking the condition of the disc unit
1. Go to the official website of the CrystalDiskInfo application and click the “CrystalDiskInfo” button.
2. Run the downloaded installer and install the CrystalDiskInfo application. After that, run it.
3. Read the condition results of the devices. Damaged devices need to be replaced.
Running diagnostics on the storage device
1. Open File Explorer of the Windows operating system. Next, open the “This PC” section.
2. Right-click on the required device and open the “Properties” section.
3. A new window will appear. From the top, open the “Tools” tab and click the “Check” button.
4. A new window will appear again. Click the “Scan drive” button to start the scanning process.
5. Wait for the device scanning process to complete. It may take some time.
6. When the scan is complete, the operating system will display the result. Click “Close”.
